Carbomer CAS 9003-01-4 (Carbopol CAS 9007-20-9 )

Carbomer is also called Carbopol, also called  CarbCarbopol or Carboxypoly-methylene is a generic name for synthetic high molecular weight polymers of acrylic acid used as thickening, dispersing, suspending and emulsifying agents in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. They may be homopolymers of acrylic acid, crosslinked with an allyl ether pentaerythritol, allyl ether of sucrose or allyl ether of propylene. Carbomers are found in the market as white and fluffy powders. They have the ability to absorb, retain water and swell to many times their original volume.

Carbomer polymer gives permanent emulsions and suspensions at low viscosity, even with ionic systems. The gels produced with this polymer have excellent clarity.

It is free from benzene and heavy metal.You can use it without any worry. It is always enjoy high reputation for it's stable quality,high transparency and high viscosity.
