Our factory professcial produce the biocides of Lunacide ZPT 48%:

It is a mixture in water of very fine particles of zinc pyrithione, a dispersant,and a viscosity control agent. ZPT exhibits pronounced growth inhibiting activity against a broad spectrum of both Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria in cosmetic preparations. To inhibits the growth of fungi, both yeast and mold, in cosmetic preparations, used as effective antidandruff agent.

Application:

ZPT 48% could be combined with most commonly used shampoo ingredients. It's  stable at the temperatures and PH required for the formulation of shampoos.

Used as an antidandruff agent in a shampoo or hair dressing to eliminate eumycete which produces dandruff, and result in relieving itching, removing dandruff, diminishing alopecie and deferring achromachia.

Dosage:

Marine paint: 3.0～10.0% by weight depending on paint formulation of customer.  It can be used together with cuprous oxide or cuprous thiocyanate as a perfect formulation in marine paint.
Antidandruff shampoo:1.0～4.0% depending on customer requirements.
