Triclosan is widely used in toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, lotion, washing supplies, aerosols to get rid of the underarm odour and osmidrosis, wound disinfectant, medical apparatus and instruments disinfectant, air freshener, refrigerator deodorant. It’s also used in health fabric finishing and anti-corrosion treatment of plastic.
