For Concrete admixture Fungicide

Is it true that there are ways to make concrete permanently poisonous to fungi and germs? Permanent seems too much to expect. Our factory professcial produce Fungicide of CMIT/MIT mixed with Bronopol, when added in amounts in the range of 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of cement, inhibit the growth of fungi and bacteria.

This fungicide with model of WT305 is the formula product of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one,  2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and Bronopol. No contain any  formaldehyde. And the suitable pH value is 2.0-9.0, and the stability is poor in alkaline media with pH>9.0.
