The DBNPA 20% is the formula biocide, short call DB20. It's a fast acting broad-spectrum antimicrobial,  killing bacteria rapidly and effectively. It is quick-acting and breaks down rapidly into non-hazardous materials.   DBNPA 20 also could eliminate the odor. DBNPA 20% biocide algicide offers broad spectrum control of bacteria, fungi and algae. It is quick-acting and breaks down rapidly into non-hazardous materials.


DBNPA-20 fungicide is a water-soluble formula. The rational use of this fungicide can bring many advantages to the reverse osmosis membrane system:
1.  Non-oxidizing bactericide, does not affect the stability of chemical and physical structure of reverse osmosis membrane
2.  The original liquid is added directly, easy to use
3.  Fast sterilization speed, low concentration
4.  Extensive killing of bacteria, fungi, yeast and algae microorganisms

Application:
1) It can be added at any stage of the production process, but it is recommended to be added as early as possible in the production process.  And it should be noted that the temperature, Ph value and redox potential when adding will not affect the stability of this product.
2) DBNPA 20 can effectively kill more than 90% of bacteria within 20 minutes, and the sterilization speed is accelerated with the increase of PH value and temperature.      The PH value should be used in the range of 3-10, and the temperature should not be higher than 50 ℃.  If the PH value exceeds 10, the dosage can be appropriately increased and the stirring speed can be accelerated;
3) According to different environmental conditions, the half-life is usually not more than 30 minutes, and 99.999% of the bactericidal efficacy can play a role before decomposing to failure;
4) DBNPA 20 needs to be diluted with water before use, and the dilution ratio is more than 25 times, otherwise crystals may be precipitated;
